URayTech H.265 H.264 Ultra HD 4K Video Audio Decoder, IP Streaming Decoder, HDMI + CVBS AV RCA Output For Decoding Encoder,Decoding IP Camera

Product is as advertised. Works perfectly for connecting a Hikvision camera to TV.

Using URayTech H.265 Encoder, and using Multicast udp stream due to needing this decoded in multiple locations. The H.265 decodes and has low latency of less than a second, but the H.265 has strange colorful breakup (See Photo) at the bottom of the screen randomly. It doesn't do it all the time but will pop up and make the entire bottom of the screen unusable. I am using these to remotely view a computer display. So I am feeding 1920x1080 HDMI input into the Encoder, have it setup as a H.265 stream on primary and H.264 on secondary stream of the encoder. I have 2 of these decoders pulling the streams on the same managed HP network switch and the two streams are very similar but the H.264 version does not do this strange breakup.Even another URayTech decoder that can do 4 streams at the same time, will show the strange colors on the H.265 but not the H.264 side by side. Tried e-mailing Linda at URayTech and I have received no response. Seller if you are directly part of URayTech, need to know if there are updated firmware for this issue.Going to have to use the H.264 stream due to this problem.Note, This problem does not happen pulling the H.265 stream on VLC media Player. That works just fine. Seems to be a buffer underflow issue in this decoder when in H.265 mode.

Very sparse documentation included. Good luck figuring it out. Would not play a simple HLS stream as advertised. No documentation or help available on the web either. Save your time, save your money. It's headed back...

Broke after 6 month. I'll would suggest buying something better that worth the money

Once I downloaded the instruction manual from the vendors web site it was very straightforward to configure the decoder. I contacted technical support and they were very helpful.
