Looks dodgy but does actually help the pelvic floor
At times we all struggle with weakness in theses areas, I felt when it arrived it looked more sexual less health related, the tag around it even made it look like a vibrating penis.However it can help with training of the pelvic floor, and has good settings.Just get over the fact it's looks ...packaging etc looks more designed for an intimate night between the sheets
