It did the job I needed it to do so it functions well. The only reason I docked 1 star was that the edges from the machining were sharp so I had to sand all the machines edges down so I didn't cut myself. Other than that its decent quality.

I cook with a wok using this ring at least 10 times a week. So I'm not a casual user. I stir fry both lunch and dinner almost every day on an outside gas burner with a wok. I found trying to use this ring without having it attached to the burner to be pointless and useless. Once I cut some wire and attached it to the burner it was GREAT! That's my advice.

5 stars for trying, 3 stars for effectiveness. I honestly don't think anything would help a round bottom wok work well on a glass-top range. Save your money and put it towards a flat bottom wok if you're looking to wok on an electric range. Or get a butane burner.

Works ok but is a bit too lightweight. Could use more weight to make it steadier and sturdier.

A simple design, simple concept yet a required item in every kitchen. The ring fits over all sized elements and provides the necessary space between the heat and the wok pan that creates an evenly dispersed heat to the pan. The ring also provides necessary stability to the pan. Worth every penny!

A good quality stainless steel ring and this is serving me well. I have a 14" wok and works great and would work for any of the most common sizes. while this will change color as it endure the heat it does not rust and doesn't require any cleaning unless you spill something on it, just a must have for any wok user.

Great, particularly its value. It's inexpensive and does the job well. It's very lightweight so it moves more than you might want it to. However, I just move it back into place with little effort using the bottom of the wok, and I continue on.
