Upon delivery, 1 glass pipette was completely shattered and dangerously sharp. Two pipettes had their ends, where the rubber bulbs would've been fitted on, broken. However they were still usable. One pipette's nose was chipped, but again, just usable. Only one pipette survived in good condition.The pipettes arrived in a bubble-wrap bag, but were not packed individually, so they broke during the shipping.The partially damaged pipette worked well like any other pipette, and the two pipettes with chipped ends are concealed by the rubber bulb.Overall, I wasn't happy with the treatment of the glass, but four of the pipettes still worked well.
