Great product thus far. Using for about one month now faithfully every day. Have noticed some improvements, but the test will be after my next cleaning. Easy to take because they taste great. Improving gums and fresh mouth and breath in morning when I dissolve tablet in mouth when I go to bed.

Sweet tastes appeal more toward kids than for adults. Preferred mint flavor. Critic acid is not good for teeth, hence 3 stars.

I've not been taking it long enough to get a report from my dentist. But I have noticed tooth sensitivity is gone!

It's convenient and tastes goodNo way of knowing how much it helps with teeth and gum health unless it completely fails, but I am hopeful it is a real benefit.
