120 Sea Dyke Jasmine Tea Bags (6 x 20 Bag Boxes)

This tea is promoted as Jasmine tea but it's mainly green tea with a small amount of Jasmine, so a bit of trickery in the way it's marketed.

I have used Jasmine tea for some years and this brand is particularly good. It is light with good flavour and is less bitter than green tea. It is an acquired taste but I find it refreshing after dinner. You can buy loose Jasmine tea but I find this is easier and quicker and does not lose flavour. This is a good buy cost very reasonable & I highly recommend it.

There is virtually no perceptible taste of Jasmine in this tea. It tastes as if it was packed a very long time ago and has lost most of its flavour. It tastes old, stale and musty. Very disappointing. I think it is what is called BMF/D1 grade, the lowest grade of poor quality tea dust. Basically the sweepings off the floor under the grading machine. Not recommended.

Some reviewers have said this tea does not taste of jasmine enough but it's fine by me. I think the flavour is good, not too heavy and I enjoy drinking it. It's excellent value for money.
