Absolutely perfect for hot weather.
Cannot praise these enough. My daughter works in a hot kitchen. She ties one of these around her hair. They keep the hair out of her face and keep her cool at the same time. Everyone asks how they work (haven't a clue) but they seriously do get icy cold. A quick snap and they are cold again. The cover is a bit superfluous but if you are out and about it might be useful.
