What my doctor recommended for osteoporosis. Together with prolia, my symptoms have improved. Can't say that it was the calcium entirely, but can't say that it wasn't.

My regular brand was out of stock/not sure when available. I tried these, but they are so big it’s hard to swallow. Will not buy again

I mistakenly purchased the caplets instead of the capsules, but I have not had any issues swallowing them even though they are on the larger side. They are a good blend of all the vitamins that I need.
