Very good test result.

It is only delivering the 0.2 amp at 12v beyond that it was cut off, only delivering 1-4 watt of power, money waste,time waste.cheap chinese design and fault circuits.

Worth for me
The media could not be loaded. This is a worth product for me! I use this fro couple of hours but no problem at all. But you have to add a heart shrink to the main ic and cheapest otherwise this will cause some serious heating issue orr burn the ic of the diode .
