I recently purchased the Qlife Cityone Electric Bike for Adults 26" Step-Through, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! This bike is everything I was looking for in an e-bike and more. Absolutely love the Qlife Electric Bike! The step-through design makes it super easy to get on and off, and it rides so smoothly. I'm 5'1" and fits perfectly for me. It’s perfect for riding around the bike paths in our township. My top speed was 20MPH, it has the right balance of power and control, and the battery life is impressive. The seat is very cushiony and comfy on my tushy. The build quality feels sturdy and reliable, and the sleek design gets plenty of compliments. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an efficient and fun way to get around!

This a really good bike for the price. It was delivered earlier than expected, it was easy to put together although I had a problem with the cable for the LCD screen, I contacted customer service and received an answer within 48 hours the problem was fixed and I was ready to ride! The pedal assist is smooth but the gear shift isn't all that great. The bike is very sturdy and is great on paved roads. The battery with pedal assist has lasted almost 3 days and about 10 miles of easy riding and still doesn't need a charge. I love the thumb throttle as you feel more in control. All in all I'm very happy with the purchase, bike and customer service.

This eBike was purchased for simple commuting around our community. It appears that it will serve that purpose well. I am also writing this review only a few hours after receiving this eBike. Having said that, there are several things to be aware of before buying this eBike.1. It is advertised as PEAK 500Watt motor. It comes with a 350Watt motor, with a Peak 500W output. IT IS NOT A 500W MOTOR.2. The motor does make a noticeable whine when under heavy load. This is most likely due to the type of reduction gears inside the unit. (Entry level motor)3. the brakes are a single piston caliper, which results in the brake disk being 'bent' when brakes are applied. I will be upgrading the brake calipers in the near future.4. Brakes are 'soft', but I also haven't had time to fully break them in. Hoping they'll improve with time.5. Height of the handle bars cannot be adjusted. If you desire higher handle bars, additional purchases will be required.6. The kickstand is an EXTREMELY POOR DESIGN. It sticks out at an angle and you will most likely hit it with your heel while pedaling. Factory redesign is probably needed. I have installed a temporary bracket that moves it backwards 40MM, which helps. A permanent bracket is in the works that will move it an additional 20MM (60MM total) which should remedy the problem.7. Fenders, and I am presuming the rack, apparently ship separately. I received the fenders 1 day before the bike, and I am still waiting on the rear rack. I have 1 package from Amazon I have not been able to link to my orders, so I am assuming it is the rack on it's way.Battery has since died, 4 months into ownership. Hoping to get the battery replaced (1 year warranty???), then unload it.

The light blue Qlife Cityone Electric Step-through Bike is perfect for me. Ordering was easy, they said it would be delivered between July 12 and 16th, it came on the 14th. It was simple to assemble and they provide you with every tool you need. It's not too heavy but is a solid build and feels high quality. The motor controls and gears are easy to use and the ride its self is very smooth. On a straight away I topped out at 20 MPH as advertised and the motor alone was able to get me up steep hills at about 10-12 MPH at the max setting. This bike has given me peace of mind that I can workout at a low impact pace and steadily build my stamina, depending less and less on the pedal assist as I train. I took it out on an 8 mile inaugural ride only using the motor for steep hills (until I can conquer them on my own) and felt great afterward. The next ride was 10 miles and I will steadily increase my distance each ride. If you are wondering about height, I am 5'3" and I can put the balls of my feet on the pavement when stopped. This bike was worth every penny and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an into e-bike.
