The Internet save-station function loses station presets and has to be reloaded. The user interface is unwieldy. The remote only works if one is within a few feet of the radio. Customer support is poor; took the more than two weeks to respond.

This radio has been working good for a couple of weeks, however then the sound quality went bad, especially the bass started rattling quite noisy. Now we cannot use it anymore, it has been getting worse and the sound is just blurry. It sounds like the bass membrane ripped. We used the radio in the office therefore we never listened to any loud music.We reached out to the seller multiple times, but they seem to be non-existent. No emails were answered and there is no telephone number provided to contact customer service. We are very disappointed for the price and the lack of quality. Stay away!

Has a fabulous sound at all volume levels. Radio pulls in weak stations. A lot of info on the easy to read screen. Don't like the confusing buttons on top..hard to remember which is which. Remote control is much easier to use. Highly recommended radio.

I like the radio, great sound, easy to tune, lots of presets. I listen to music and talk.

I purchased this radio several weeks ago to replace a no longer available Boston Acoutics Reflect after doing Much research oncompetitive products. The radio is as advertised in quality and features with one exception - it has a bit too much bass depending on what type of programming you are listening to. My greatest fear in purchasing this product is the reviewer who stated that the company that manufactures this radio has absolutely no customer service after the sale. I decided that I would test this review by sending them an email with an honest question to which they never responded. For that reason I cannot recommend this radio or manufacturer since the radio has many features that could require a certain amount of help from the non-existent factory customer service to set up and understand.
