PROTONE® Balance pad - Mobility, Stability, Rehab, Reaction, Physiotherapy mat

After being diagnosed with bacterial meningitis six months ago the first thing that happened was a total loss of mobility. After weekly physiotherapy for 3 months to get me walking again, my GP referred me to local gym on the fitness to health programme to work on balance and stability. After using a similar pad at the gym combined with weights decided to purchase one for use at home on a daily basis. It's brilliant! I feel safe and confident using it even on a tiled kitchen floor! Would definitely recommend.

I purchased this to improve my balance - and though it's well-made my first thought was it's not much of a balancing pad as it's too sturdy and not that much of a challenge for me. Then me partner stood on it and it gave way, so I'm concluding that you have to be a certain weight for this to work.

Excellent product. Good size and just the right give and flex, just like my Physio’s but probably a fraction of the price. Very good quality as well - should last forever!

Fab product totally ideal for puppies and young dogs. Non slip on both sides, gives them huge confidence putting their feet on new and different surfaces 😊 I could do with a couple more of these. Only negative is they only come on one size and colour

My physio recommended I get one of these. Makes you work harder. This mat is good quality and sturdy and makes you wobble as it should !
