These things are durable, too bad they don’t sell them anymore
I keep checking to see if they are available but so far no. Here’s the thing, I bought a set back in July of 2018. The following November these things were in Paradise CA for the camp fire. A few weeks after the fire when I was able to access the property again, the two lights were still in tact and working. One did get melted a little bit and died about a year later. The other one is still going strong, and is still the brightest solar light I could find even today. I’ll keep checking to see if they become available again because I would definitely buy more. 4 years later and still going strong after being in the middle of a wildfire? Probably just luck it didn’t burn but the heat was still intense all around it.

well made and very bright
I have ordered a total of 6 of these lights over the past few years. The first ones from 2019 are still running strong on the original battery. They are very bright compared to most lamps of this type. I see that some reviewers have posted that the lights are no longer motion activated. Of the two sets I ordered in 2022, one set was motion activated and the other was not. So perhaps it depends on when they were made? I am still happy with the lights, as they are sturdy, include small mounting posts and seem to still work after several years of daily use. I did receive one that was defecive with one of my orders, but the seller was very responsive to resolving the problem.

Surpisingly good
We placed these along a garden path in late summer. You probably think of Minnesota as cold and snowy, and you'd be right. A few weeks ago it was -20F (air temp, -40F wind-chill), and these lights worked almost perfectly. As you can see from the photo, they have 4-6 inches of snow on top of them. They do NOT seem to require direct sunlight, but only daytime light. We haven't seen the sun in a few days (lots of snow), and these still charged well enough to get through the night. Just wow! We have purchased a few strings of battery AND solar LED lights and the solar versions are weak and do not last through the night -- although they do have a few hundred LEDs. As you can also see, we have some tall grass nearby -- Indian grass and Big Blue Stem. In a wind, they sometimes trigger the bright mode on the garden lights and if it is really windy, they may run down the solar battery before the night is over. One light is also in a somewhat shaded area and seems slightly more prone to running out of power as a result. Still, I plan on buying more of these.

No more motion detection
I bought my first pair of these Lampat lights in July 2018. They worked SO well that I kept searching for them to become available again. When I finally found them, I ordered 4 more in January of 2021. We use them at our seasonal campsite so we didn't start using them until May. I was so disappointed to find that instead of having the option for being on dim and going bright with motion, they only come on bright at dusk. That means they lose power and are dead very early when the first ones we bought would last until dawn. I found out too late to send them back. I had found another brand that looked EXACTLY like them and had bought a pair of those and they have the dim to bright feature with motion BUT they are no longer available. I can't win! The good news is the first pair of these that I bought are going to be 4 years old in July and are still going strong.

Very disappointment, lamps don’t stay on but an hour or two at the most
Initially I purchased 12 lamps two years ago; only three are working now. I went back and bought four more. Two of them may last up to two hours and are directly in the sun all day. They don’t brighten or dim like the first batch. Very disappointed in this last purchase. I am not sure if it is a defect, but not happy and will be returning these lamps

Very bright, very white. Work right out of the box.
Have used these for a few nights now and I am impressed. The panels get some direct sunlight during the day, but also are in the shadows part of the time, yet they still give lots of light at night. The are on dim until activated by the motion detector, as described. The motion detectors are pretty reliable.Make sure to compare lumens if the brightness is important. These are 1000 lumens, while others on Amazon are only 10!The biggest downside for us is that the lights are very white (5000 K) rather than a warmer yellow color (3000 K); it turned out we preferred the latter. However, the color is prominently advertised, so can't fault them for that. If you're looking for practical lighting for safe footing, these are perfect and very reasonably priced. Also, you can see the individual LEDs behind the glass (as is obvious from the pictures), which on your lawn look more "artificial" and less like incandescent bulbs or gas.

These have changed!
I bought 4 sets of these in Nov 2018. 4 of them are no longer working, but I love(d) the lights so I bought 4 more. These are not the same ones I bought in 2018. The motion sensor in my opinion was the best feature. I now notice that the description no longers says motion sensor, so my bad for clicking on the "buy again" button. They are bright so if that is what you are looking for, great, but I really liked the motion part of it. Oh well.
