This finally arrived (I knew it would take a little while) and it was actually beautiful and so soft! The pillow was vacuum sealed but upon opening it it quickly fluffed up, and now days later it is very smooth looking, soft and full.The problem was that I ordered the 4ft one because I am 5ft and anticipated it would take up most of my body length. I believe that the shell itself is likely the 4ft but includes the angle of the shell making the shell itself stretch about 2ft or possibly 2.5/3 versus the 4 I was expecting. This would have been perfect for my daughter who really wanted it but it was a gift for a friend so I had to send back for a different one.Would have loved to reorder from this company but they are currently unavailable.Not sure about durability but as long as you are careful with measurements/sizing I would recommend.
