Two books in one! When you start reading the book it feels like you can hear Sadhguru’s voice. Nice and easy book with lots of examples to the point.

I've read the Relationships part a while ago, just finished the Emotions part. This guy knows what he's talking about. It opened my eyes on so many levels. It takes a while for one to realize what one read.
