Good tips about a healthy diet..

This is a cookbook written by one Janet Moore. It has ideas from Barbara O'Neill but no more than could be gleaned by watching her videos. Nowhere did I see an endorsement from Barbara O'Neill, so I was left with the feeling that her name had simply been used to sell the book - which it did, to me. As a cook book, it is good, with well-written, interesting recipes and nutritional values. Disappointingly the free gift promised by scanning a QR code in the book took me to a page that was not open yet. All in all, it is OK but feels amateurish and incomplete - and, worst of all, dishonest. Pity because so much is good.

This author uses Barbara O'Neills name to sell her book. I fell for it. It's not interesting. She does not add anything new. Recipes are not interesting and not suitable for diabetics. Going to the bin. It's a waste of money.

Dr Barbara O’Neil is well-known for natural herbs and remedies and many of these books have emerged with these nuggets. This book has its fair share of nuggets but I couldn’t not see anywhere where credit is given to Dr O’Neil. I feel that it is important to acknowledge the woman at the centre of your publication.

If your looking for a recipi book based off Barbera O'neal's recommendations then this is not it.

The Barbara O Neill Cookbook is a must for any family kitchen. I especially liked the meal plan. Highly recommended

I bought this cookbook after watching Dr Barbara O'Neill on YouTube. It's great to own a cookbook that is full of healthy recipes to improve One's overall health and energy.

Good cook book, but make sure it doesnt say doctor Barbara Oneill those are fake
