Great Stuff!
Even though our pond has a significant leak, the water now looks beautiful in blue. What once was a muddy, nasty pond looks great now! The first picture shows the product mixing into the water. You can tell the water's original color by the pond's middle. The second and third pictures are three days later. Wow! I definitely would repurchase it!

Very intense color!
I have a small pond/water feature and believe me, you only need a tiny bit of this dye to get a beautiful aqua color! Works well.

Worked, But Not the Greatest I've Used
I used the pond dye as directed for my size pond, however, the water did not turn as blue as I expected when reading the product description and other reviews. As you can see from the pictures, there is definitely a blue tinge to the pond water, but it is not a deep or vibrant blue. The dye does add blue to the water which helps with my land/water scaping goals, but it is just not as good as other products I have used in the past. I think this product would be better suited for smaller ponds and koi ponds than a natural pond like mine. As other reviews have noted, make sure you wear protective clothing and gloves; I am glad I did because some of the dye got onto my gloves and it has been very difficult to wash off.

Maybe 2X but not 4X
Price looked decent if it actually would treat a 1 acre pond. I measured out 8 oz. exactly. My pond is right under 1/4 acre, so 8 oz. was the correct amount to treat my pond according to the seller. After two days the dye distributed pretty thoroughly across the pond. The entire pond has a very light shade of blue, but it is not dark at all compared to the previous products I have always used like the Blue Sapphire Dye from Lake Restoration Company. I believe 16 oz. or maybe the entire 32 oz bottle would be needed to achieve a beneficial shading to prevent any algae growth. But we will see. Rain is expected this week and the temperature has been in the mid to upper 80s here in Southern Louisiana. Product requires a great deal of caution when opening and handling unless you want to look like a Smurf. The concentrated product will splash very easily when trying to remove the seal from the container, pouring from the container to measure, and when pouring into the pond. Use latex gloves and eye protection when handling. I will be back to update this review in a few weeks to rate the product performance.

blue fingers
Not happy with this purchase and regret buying. Every time I use it stains are everywhere. My hands, my rocks by the pond, the bottle cap and down the bottle......yuck! Have to use clorox to take off the stains. Had a different one before and never had these issues and will not be purchasing this one again. Pretty color though......

To color my lake!!
Would have preferred a larger amount, perhaps 2 1/2 gal container.

Great results
I tried another brand of dye and it barely made any difference at all, but this stuff worked great and the pond looks much nicer. I have Ducks, fish, turtles, amd frogs in the pond and everything seems to be doing fine with it also

Very concentrated
Great stuff, super concentrated. I have a smaller pond, so diluted for better dosing control. Algae control has been very good, appearance is nice as well
