My first time! It works. I’m typing this on my phone that I fixed with this product. Helpful hint, wear the electro static band that comes with most repair kits. I messed up my home button because I didn’t. My fault though. The only thing that needs improvement is the tri-point screw driver. The included one became useless before I finished the job. It’s ok because I had a nice repair tool kit but otherwise it would have been a real problem. Recommended, working for me!

Screen was fine, nice addition with the screen protector, etc. But...the tri-point screwdriver didnt' really fit. It was a struggle involving my Dremel to make it work. Barely. I mainly fault Apple for using stupid weirdo screws. But I had no other choice than the included driver, cause what store carries a tri-point screw head? No where.Seller was very responsive & accommodating to correct the issue. Thank you

We tried to fix the phone with this kit and with the new screen it wouldn’t move past the Apple. When we contacted the seller for support we did not get an answer. Phone is till it fixed.

Not worth the try for a non techie I guess, screen fried in November -225.00 later bought a new phone :-(

The screen itself is just fine. The preoblem I had was that the tools sent along for the repair were poor. The specialty tool needed for the inside of an iPhone 7 only lasted long eough for me to remove 4 screws and then the point broke off. Fortunately I had retained a tool kit from a previous phone screen replacement and I had a much higher quality tool. Had I not had the extra set, I would not have been able to complete the repair, much less reassemble what I had already done, I would have been without a phone until a new kit could be received. Buyer beware of tool quality.

This screen was well packaged and had excellent instructions that anyone could follow.
