Soft Cervical collar, XL, Wonder Care.
The collar is too big and heavy for a person's collar bones to support. While it helps keep the person's neck straight up which, indeed, is an impotant function of the collar, due to it's size and weight one's collar bones start paining after a while when one puts it on. Overall, not a collar one would feel comfortable using.

Me gustó la calidad de los materiales, muy lavable, cómodo, solo al principio un poco incómodo por la mala postura habitual de mi cuello. Creo sin duda que será una ayuda para leer sin agachar la cabeza por horas, y así evitar el dolor y contracturas de cuello y espalda.

Neck support.
This neck collar does exactly what it’s designed to do, it is fairly comfortable to be honest, considerably stiffer than my old one that I wore years ago (for 4 years +)😩I suffer with osteoarthritis (spurs on my spine), this holds your head straight and supports very well, and you also sometimes forget your wearing it. It assists with “opening up” the joints and potentially releasing trapped nerves, obviously I hope I don’t have to wear it constantly as I did years ago. All in all very very good. And very good value for money.

Velcro eats your hair
The collar does a good job of isolating the neck; however, it grabs your hair and makes removal painful. I have my hair up in a clip or ponytail, but the velcro still grabs on the the smaller hairs and wont release. I would not buy this again.
