Urgent Warranty Complaint – Defective Coffee Machine Glass ExplosionI am writing to formally report a serious issue with my CONOYAR Coffee Machine with Milk Frothing Steam Wand, which I ordered on December 23, 2024 (Order Number: 408-3541861-6397938).Last week, while using the machine as intended—following the same process I have used daily since purchasing it—the coffee holder glass suddenly broke and exploded while brewing. This resulted in hot coffee spilling everywhere in my kitchen, along with shattered glass pieces. Fortunately, I was not injured, but the situation was extremely dangerous and could have caused serious harm.The glass was not previously damaged, and I was using it as per normal operation. Given my experience with multiple coffee machines over the years, this has never happened before. I strongly believe the glass was defective, as it clearly failed under standard use.I am extremely disappointed with this experience and require a replacement product under warranty. Additionally, I urge you to ensure that the glass components in your machines can withstand the pressure and heat of brewing coffee, as they should.Please address this matter as soon as possible and let me know the next steps regarding my compensation. The frother is not working

Coffee Machine is a good addition to my kitchen. It brews rich, smooth coffee quickly for quick espresso and the milk frother works fine for making lattes and cappuccinos. One feedback I would like to give While the coffee quality is fair, the machine’s water tank capacity could be larger to avoid frequent refills.

The vintage coffee machine is stunning. Enjoy delicious coffee in simple operation. Short preheating time, easy to clean.

After 3 months and half of light using, I loaded the coffee as usual and turned the machine on, the machine was boiling, started giving high sounds and became very wet from outside and did not stop working, was about to explode, I shut it off but continued to boiling so I shut the electricity off and throw the machine out, no safety measures at all, was scary situation for me

Good machine but very small tank and only good for making one cup of coffee at a time.

Amazing for its price steamer is good coffe is good 👍🏼
