Great price for good tools
Honestly this is worth it. Good equipment- everything you need. The only thing it doesn’t come with is a tufting frame. Either way- the tufting gun works great, the clipper also was smooth and easy to use. Every tool you could need to do rug tufting at a good price!

Good starter kit
Good quality came pretty fast. I’m always very iffy about purchasing expensive tools online but I’m just starting my own business and I think it is a very good kit. If you’re just starting out, it gives you all the basic tools saves you a lot of money I think for 150 it’s pretty good. I haven’t used it yet but I did plug it in and pull the trigger a little and it feels very smooth. It’s not that loud. I think it’s a good investment if you’re starting out your own rug business invest in this one I think it’s the best one on Amazon

Don't bash before you buy!!
As a total beginner in the world of tufting, I wasn't looking to break the bank on a basics to get started. Amazon led me here because this kit looked too good to pass up! The fact that there are clippers included rocks! You cannot beat that price for everything you receive. Tufting is a learning curve and this kit is a fantastic place to start to get your bearings. I have been using this machine for about a year and a half straight, it has never let me down! It's solid and reliable, the machine itself weighs about 3lbs. The kit comes with everything you need to start navigating the tufting world!

Highly recommended for beginners for sure!
This world’s great! Not heavy or very loud. I do tend to get the yarn stuck around the head but that’s my fault. I recommend a lightweight shield to prevent that from happening but I’m sure they’ve tried everything.Highly recommended for beginners for sure!

No tufting gun Oil
Product cam with all accessories except oil that is needed for the machine. Please keep in mind that you will need to oil it before use. I have not used it yet because I had to go find sewing machine oil (Joann's) for the tufting gun. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Would not Power ON
I am so disappointed. After about 15 minutes of the the gun powers OFF and refuses to turn on again. I would try to plug into different outlets in completely different areas an it would not power on until after two days of no use. It is totally inconvenient when you have a deadline for custom rugs. I am disappointed because i have not even been able to properly complete two carpets after 2 months of use. The gun is still practically new!

Updated
After my initial review below, they immediately offered to replace the gun. I didn't take them up on it as a figured it out in my own. After several months of use, one of the prongs on the power cord broke off. It's a multi part cord so I reached out to see if they would just send a new cord, and they again immediately offered a refund or a brand new gun. I did take them up on a new gun. My old one is still going strong, just the power cord had been damaged. They were very easy and polite to deal with. The gun is working as described and I'm pleased with its performance. I would certainly recommend as they are very willing to address any issues, and they honor the warranty with no hassle. What have you got to lose? The hole on the top of the needle part that feeds the yarn through is simply too small. Don't know if it's a manufacturing defect, but i assume so. The instructions say to use two threads of yarn, and I'm using a medium weight (4) yarn, as nearly every instructional video says to do, and it's very hard to even get the threader through the hole. Every 15 seconds the yarn bunches and stops feeding and I have to stop. It's beyond frustrating. At this point it's just a waste of time to continue trying. Returning.
