A Winner
As a hand quilter I am always looking for the best needle to make the smallest stitches. Although they cost a bit more than some of the other size 12 needles these are worth the price, they will not bend into useless crescents. Unfortunately the drawback is they will break, so you may need to be careful when going through seam allowances. I have not found a needle threader that works consistent on size 12 needles so be sure to have good light when threading. Other than that this is a winner in my book.

Wonderful quilting with these needles
These needles are small and a little tedious to use at first, but now I couldn't do without them. I hope they don't stop making them.

Easily broken
These were my new favorite quilting needles. But three snapped off at the eye and the fourth broke in half after only two days of quilting. I’ve never broken a needle before and other brands were used on the same quilt so that’s not the issue. Before they broke these needles were great. Not too slippery, perfect amount of bend and very sharp. I’m not sure if I just got a bad batch but they’re too expensive to try again.

These No. 12 quilting needles are my absolute favorites ...
These No. 12 quilting needles are my absolute favorites for hand quilting. I usually try to get between 5 and 6 stitches on the needle before I pull it through so I can be a bit hard on needles but this needle does the job every time. Much stronger than most No. 12 needles I've tried and rarely breaks but will bend a little after using awhile (but still useable as the bend is minimal) and still lasts so much longer than most needles. It's very sharp and pulls through the layers of your quilt very well.

Brilliant hand sewing needles
I’m using these needles to hand sew patchwork, they are simply the best I’ve ever used. They just slide through the fabric, making really small stitches so easy. When I opened them I thought I might struggle to thread them, but to my surprise they thread quite easily.

Small but brilliant.
I originally bought these out of curiosity - how good could they possibly be, to justify the price? Now I am reluctant to use anything else. They might as well be coated with teflon, the way they slide through fabric, and they are the only needle I can use for extended periods without a thimble. Yes, the eye is small, but so long as you are using decent sewing thread (30wt or finer, and not embroidery floss or something heavy like 12wt), and your thread is cut cleanly you should be absolutely fine. If you are a casual sewer then these are maybe overkill, and the small size will probably cause you frustration, so you should chose something larger. If however you are looking to do fine hand stitching, these are just flat out the best thing there is, by a considerable margin.

Very small eyes
The needles while very sharp had such small eyes that they would not take any of my threads
