SantiCleana Ozone Laundry Washer System - 2 Outlets! - Stainless Sprayer - Black Hose

I have used this for well over a year now. I LOVE the cleanliness that my clothes now have. I no longer use any clothes soap, which has paid for this machine by now. I wash a lot of loads of laundry here on our farm and everything comes out clean. I still use stain treatments for stubborn stains, but my clothes come out clean and fresh with every load! It installed easily. When this machine stops working, I'll definitely replace it with a new model. I can't recommend this device highly enough!

It works, if you have a very dirty job as I do, it also works with just a little extra step of pre treatment. I work on pumps and gearboxes for a living, so I'm usually covered with never seize and open gear lube and that real thick 680 gear oil. This ozone generator does the job and has actually started saving me money at this point. I used to spend about 60 dollars on detergents every other weekend. Plus the extra discharge port is great for random house chores where it's a good idea to use ozone water to disinfect like giving the dogs a bath. Had a minor issue with a switch that I believe was created during shipping. Will be contacting the factory and I will update asap.Update***General manager of the factory contacted me, very nice gentleman, we were able to come to an agreement and he gave me some helpful tips in order to maximize the effectiveness of the ozone generator. Had to make this update after that. It's not everyday the head dude personally contacts you to make sure both sides walk away smiling. I will add this also. I have 2 Cane Corso's that are brother/sister and right at 11 months old. They are a handful and have no problems leaving a path of destruction in their wake. Needless to say beds and blankets don't take long to get dirty and smelly. The santicleana was very good at cleaning up and freshening up these items. I would say for pet owners this is a must have to keep your house smelling right.

This unit is amazing! The clothes feel so fresh and so clean. Knowing the benefits of ozone, now I know that when my clothes come out of the laundry machine, it’s deeply clean. I can also quickly use additional hose to use ozonated water to clean and disinfect any in the house. Installation is super easy.

I've been using a countertop ozone generator for many years (for cleaning, drinking, disinfecting, etc), so it only made sense to invest in one for our washing machine. At first, I wasn't sure if it was working, as you cannot smell any ozone until the laundry tub is full of water or after the cycle is complete. So far, my clothes seem softer, and my polyester exercise clothes don't have that lingering smell.Since I use ozone to clean produce, braces, toothbrushes, counters, I got the version with the sprayer. The sprayer was the part that caused a problem. It took a minute of spraying to even activate, and once I filled up a large bowl with water, it neither smelled nor tasted like ozone. Was I actually disinfecting anything? I contacted the seller who sent me detailed explanations of why it didn't smell, but I wasn't entirely convinced since my previous countertop ozone had a very strong odor. They were very communicative and offered me a solution which seems to have worked. Now the smell is still not as strong as the countertop version, but I am more confident that it is disinfecting.

I'd heard of this technology over the years, but had filtered it out because I didn't believe you could get results like this without laundry soap. Yes, my clothes come out completely clean, scentless, and fluffier than in my soap days. I've tested this setup using oily towels, white rags used to clean mildew/dirt, sweaty gym clothes, the works, and the results are consistently great. I see a world where we could sizably reduce waste and environmental contamination if more folks were simply aware of products like this. As consumer demand grows, in time, I'd expect the sticker price of these machines to head downward.Give it a shot if you're on the fence. Make sure to use cold water only, and add an extra rinse, per the instructions. I purchased the option with the sprayer - it's a high quality add on (durable stainless steel) and it's great to fill buckets for mopping and kitchen cleaning.

Update - I returned the purchase and got a new machine. It works. The ozone smell is noticeable. It cleans okay. The spray handle is a nice feature for fruits and veggies. It takes a long time from the spray handle for the water to have an ozone smell - upgraded to 3 stars.The packaging came with everything for an easy installation, but I encountered some challenges. I discovered my house builder had reversed the water lines—the red valve and marked "hot water hose" actually supplied cold water, while the blue valve delivered hot water. Additionally, since I have a front-loading high-efficiency washing machine, I needed to install a Y-connector off the cold line from the SaniCleana and run the water to both inlets to maintain adequate water pressure for the machine. This required extra time and effort.The main issue: there is absolutely no ozone smell. I'm familiar with ozone's distinctive scent from my other generators (one for my cold plunge and another for room air purification). According to the manufacturer's manual, the ozone smell indicates proper functioning, and its absence means the oxidizing module needs replacement. Since this is a brand-new product, I've returned it for a replacement. I'm now skeptical about this product and wonder if I should have chosen another brand. I had considered the O3 brand with its superior specifications but selected this one specifically for its hose and nozzle for cleaning produce. I'll update this review after receiving the replacement unit. For now, a defective product can only earn one star.
