Here’s the thing: most pull-up style incontinence underwear is a compromise. Normally they don’t handle a full empty without leaking, they’re only good for one empty, or they only really work well in certain positions, even the overnight ones.These are easily the best I’ve ever used! The waistband is quite stretchy, but not uncomfortable at all, with a piece of tape built in to make disposal more compact. Normally I cannot do a full empty while sitting down without leaking or feeling like it will leak, but these held up like a champ. The absorbency piece goes almost completely front to back and the leg guards are quite substantial. Even after one empty they don’t feel like they’re sagging at all! The color and sheen make them look like they could be worn without being pegged as incontinence underwear at all.These are by far the ones I’d recommend to anyone who has been disappointed by incontinence underwear in the past—they are easy to use, easy to decide which is front or back, well designed, and not so thick that they make it look like you’re wearing a diaper at all.

Finally I have found briefs that do not leak for me, even if I wear them for an entire night and day. I have other products that I can use for short durations and when I can easily change. But when I need solid protection for a long time, and won't have an opportunity to change discretely, these are my go-to briefs.I tried a small quantity of the small first because that is what works best for me in other brands, but they were just a little too tight. So I switched to medium and they work great!I gave rated them four stars because they are a little too expensive for me to use every day, so for many days I use a less expensive and less effective brand. But when I need this level of protection it is worth the extra cost.

This is an amazing product and really works to keep you and the bedding dry until morning. Very comfortable.

WOW! I cannot say enough about this product. My problem started out two years ago with changes in medication, general health and more. I started out with one brand which seemed adequate but was swayed by another brand that advertised 12 hr protection. UP TO 12 hrs that is. A very subjective description. Not even 6 hrs, more like 3-4 which was expensive and meant I was slave to an alarm on my phone to wake me up at night! ANYWAY, on to Northshore’s brand. I sent for a sample pack and found they were more comfortable, did not spill over from the sides, the absorbent strip was wider and longer in the front and up the back, and the liquid absorbed every direction not just in one spot.The fit of the panty is soft and luxurious and does not make a paper swishing sound when walking. I haven’t bothered researching any more brands since finding these and hope and pray they don’t revamp for some reason.

Yeah, item is good and I love them, but I am getting too many of them and they’re stocked up and I don’t want any anymore until I order them again. I want my next order that’s coming in March to be canceled.

Fit is fine but not enough fill for overnight use

After trying several both "in store" and "online" options I'm finally DONE! I found something that can hold up to the "flood" that my Mom has every night. I used to be washing laundry every other day but now I'm back to only once a week. Thank you for carrying such a wonderful item! I'll definitely be coming back to restock!
