delicious but not keto friendly, so very close tho.

This is truly one of the best prepackaged whole food products I have found on the market. This product has just become one of our pantry (refrigerator) staples. We are gluten free, low carb, organic, and in the process of learning to sprout all of our nuts, seeds, gf grains, and flours. It is very difficult to find a product of this high standard on the market today. My only complaint is cost. I really wish the company would get the cost down. One way is to offer it in bulk without the fancy packaging. If so, I would start a local cooperative and order it by the bucket!!!

Love the idea that these are made with seeds. The after taste is what stops me from eating them. They turned out to be food for our local deer. The vanilla was almost edible - in my opinion, hence kept that was as a last resort when our regular brand is out of stock. Sorry to say we won't be buying this again.

Sooooo delicious! The vanilla cinnamon and berry are AMAZING. I like the chocolate cherry slightly less, but it's still quite tasty. I definitely recommend it for a low carb treat.
