The product is not proper. It is soft but there is absolutely no neck support. It causes neck pain. Worse still it's a 'take it or leave it' attitude. For the price that they are charging, they should at least be ready to exchange it!

It's a complete comfort... Gives perfect support. Very thick.. Retains the shape... memory foam is of excellent quality... worth the money...

The neck pillow is really well-made and seems to be of good quality. However, it didn’t work for me as it’s too large for my car’s seat and ended up being uncomfortable. It might be better suited for larger vehicles which sadly I do not have. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use it as intended.

It’s very uncomfortable and actually I have started getting cervical problem by using it .

I purchased this neck pillow specifically for my Skoda Kushaq, hoping it would add comfort on longer drives. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the expectations set by the advertisements.The design doesn’t offer true neck support—it mostly pushes against the back of the head, which ends up tilting the head slightly forward rather than relaxing it. I tried it with people of different heights (ranging from 5'6" to 5'11"), and everyone experienced the same discomfort.Additionally, the foam feels a bit firm—not as soft or plush as I expected—so it’s not very comfortable to rest your head on for extended periods.While the build quality seems okay, the overall design just doesn't work well for vehicles like the Kushaq. Unfortunately, there's no return option, so I'm stuck with it.Not the worst product out there, but definitely below average—wouldn’t recommend it for similar SUVs or cars.

Good product but with the back cushion from frido, you hardly get to rest your neck.
