Good guard for the money, it sits well enough, but the cup area is not a perfect fit for me. I have 36" waste and I bought a medium. I had to make the size judgement from information given from others and scrounging around on other websites that sell the product. It'd be better if the seller could provide an accurate guide to sizing. There's also no indication whether the sizing only applies to the fixing straps or if the pad/cup area size changes with sizing. I'm using this for Krav Maga, there's lots of groin kicking and kneeing going on. While you know you've been hit when wearing this, a good thing, it protects adequately so that there's no pain or damage. It needs readjustment every now and then during practice, but that's minor and almost expected, it could perhaps be solved by wearing it under my tracksuit bottoms.

I’ve trained in Krav Maga for over 10 years and could have taken some serious damage to the tallywhacker if not for good groin guards. I’ve always used MTX products but can’t find them anymore so opted for this. It’s a good solid construction and has laces to adjust the sizing- which is a good idea. I’ve not taken a solid kick to the pork and beans in it yet, but I’m confident it’ll be ok. Feels comfy on my saggy old ball sack and doesn’t press into the abdomen when I’m on the floor.

I was a little dubious about purchasing a medium size due to some reviews saying it felt too snug (I'm a 32 inch waist). Happy to report that the size was perfect for me. The guard feels solid and protects as it should. I use the guard for Krav Maga (where we are often targeting the groin area) and it doesn't feel too restrictive to movement which is a bonus.

Quality seems ok but too small, could not squeeze into a medium with a 31 inch waist

Really a life saver item for Airsoft event, the times it hits in the groin guard bounces to my thighs which it's hardly feel, therefore it has decent durability which value the price. I would recommend for last minute airsoft.

I had to order a few different brands before I finally found the one that worked best for me. I choose to wear them under my shorts because I don’t really like the diaper look. They fit well under Muaythai shorts and as long as they are the stretchy kind. They feel comfortable and don’t hurt. They don’t hinder my Kicks or movement in anyway either. Excellent for sparring, and excellent for working with partners who don’t have the best aim.

Purchased for our six year old son for taekwondo. The smallest size fit him and it’s pretty solid so I feel comfortable with him sparring with this on. I wasn’t sure if a separate hard cup would be needed, but it’s not. The waist is also adjustable.
