I take a magnesium supplement daily to help with heart health and I've read that it helps promote good sleep. This version is a glycinate version to increase absorption by your body and make it easier to get the full benefit. They seem to work well. I feel as rested in the morning as any adult can ever feel so that's a plus. The capsules are smaller than usual but I did find it weird the dosage is listed as 1 to 4. Seems like quite the range. I take 2 a day and have seen benefit. Made in the USA.

For me the 4 pills per dose is excessive. I generally take magnesium 3 times a day in 1 300 mg a dose. I would need 12 capsules of this product and still be under my magnesium daily goals.

I have to talk Magnesium daily (not only Glycenate) and normally take high quality but look for nice alternatives on Vine. Most of the time I can tell they are not good quality within a few days.But this one seems to be great quality. Used for 3 weeks and no issues (if I don't get good quality I have lower absorption of other stuff and I can really tell).At $18 for 120 pills this is good deal as well. I get a great discount on my normal high quality ones so I won't be switching, but if that were not the case, I strongly consider these.Great stuff!

My family has a tough time with sleep. Must be the genes. My daughter especially. And she swears by these magnesium pills. They help her calm to a restful sleep and typically to stay asleep. She doesnt go a night without them. Easy to swallow, seem to be good quality.
