The 7dayshop battery boxes for AAA / AA size batteries are great. The plastic is tough and well made, they lock together for storage or can be used individually if space is limited. Each box can hold either 4x AA batteries or 6x AAA batteries (most other cases of this type can only hold 5x AAA batteries). My AAA torch requires 2x batteries, so the 7dayshop boxes are perfect for me. Even if you have a single AAA torch, the extra battery won't go amiss.I've attached two photos, showing the box with 6x AAA batteries in both lid open and lid closed configurations. When loaded with 4x AA batteries the box holds them firmly in place and they don't make a noise when you move about. With 6x AAA batteries, 5 of them are held firmly and the 1 at the end moves a little bit, making a small rattling sound. It's a very faint sound and when the box is placed inside a pocket or bag, the material drowns out the noise.The boxes are dust resistant and they keep the batteries from getting lost, or from getting damaged or drained if there is something else metal in your pocket like keys or coins. The boxes are not waterproof, but you can slip them into a small zip-lock plastic bag or a dry-bag as applicable. The plastic material is semi-transparent, so you can mark them with you initials in reverse on the inside - your initials then appear the correct way when viewed from outside, but the ink can't rub off because the ink is inside, protected from damage along with your batteries!

Out of control batteries are a thing of the past! Tried various methods of containment without success. These boxes solved the problem. Need another colour to place discharged cells in. AAA batteries do rattle about a bit, but cannot break free to cause a short. A bit of kitchen paper soon stops the rattle. Boxes may be carried individually in your pocket, without fear of combustion. They clip together in a linear fashion. Time will tell as to how robust the box hinge is (plastic). Easy to open and close. Recommended.

Dangerous, that’s the only word for this.I inserted it in my mac, as I went to turn it on, I could smell a strong burning smell, I immediately turned took the batter compartment lid off and you could see the battery melting the plastic.Nothing else to say, other than it’s ruined my mac so let’s see how the seller and or amazon deal with this.

I am a professional photographer and these are God Sent. I love that they connect to each other so your batteries can be safe and secure in their cases. I even had a glass of whiskey spilled over one and my batteries were entirely dry. They snap on and they will not open in my bag unless I want them to.

Nice little boxes for packing batteries in groups of 4. The cases save rummaging for batteries in your bag.My only mild concern is the hinge is just a folding seam. It's secure enough now, but after using the cases a few times I'm not so sure how they'll fair. Still, happy enough for now

Very useful item if using multiple packs of rechargeable AA batteries and great value for money

Would have given five stars except that the casing was slightly scuffed and the hold down bracket needed to be re-glued. It wasn't worth complaining about I needed the battery and it passed all the tests using TechTool Pro 9.

Very handy little boxes for keeping your batteries safely stored avoiding short-circuiting etc. Stackable too which is also helpful and very promptly delivered.
