Used mine twice now, for egg bites and for pancake bites. I LOVE that I can use the lid in the pot instead of foil. I go through enough parchment paper everyday that going through tin foil in my Instant Pot would drive me crazy. This one feels heavy and durable. Again, love that lid. I didn't apply any spray or oil when making the egg bites or the pancake bites--the eggs popped right out, the pancakes stuck. Used a silicone mini spatula to loosen each one, then they came out easily. That's a big plus for me, because I definitely sprayed the muffin tin when making egg bites in the oven. When I reheated them the next day, there was an oily coating on them, and my kids wouldn't touch them, even after I wiped them off with a paper towel. Oil-coated egg bites are yucky. Not sure what else to use it for, but I gave it 5 stars for versatility because the silicone is great quality and can be used just about everywhere. I know that people more creative than I will be able to think of plenty of uses for it :) For now, I only need it to make easy-to-grab breakfasts for my constantly growing (and eating!) kids. In fact, I need to get another, so I can stack them and make double batches! One last thing to note, I've seen some recipes say that you should place a paper towel under the lid, but I wouldn't try that. Seems like that would absorb water, defeating the steam and pressure cooking. I just popped the lid on each time, and the food was cooked perfectly. Can you tell I really love the lid? If you need a silicone mold for your Instant Pot, get this one (or two!)

I love everything about this. We call them egg bombs. I make them on Sunday and we heat them up during the week. I like that the pressure cooker doesn't heat up the house like then oven does, so this works all the way around for me! I haven't tried muffins yet or cuppie cakes, but it's on my to-do list.I ordered a second one (pics of how it us packaged) for a friend of mine and she also loves it.

This is literally amazing! I have a 6 quart Fagor pressure cooker and this worked and fit perfectly. It's about 1 egg capacity per cup, and the egg bites come out so soft.

I had just purchased a new Instant Pot and have been excited to use it. As I kept hearing about these Egg Bites, I had to try them (as I have my morning egg obsessions). Well made product, solidly built. Should last for a long time, and very easy to use.

Not easy to clean. Egg sticks to the inside. It is very easy to use but not clear what is the use of the lid. I use it to make cooked scrambled sous vide like eggs which get eaten right away. Lid remains in the cabinet.

I love my Egg Bites Mold! It's heavy duty unlike some that I've seen in stores and has held up quite well with repeated use. I appreciate that the lid is Instant Pot safe. Cleaning is easy enough, some cheeses will stick to it but just soak for a few minutes in warm water and wipe. Clean up is even easier if you use a little cookie spray before putting in your ingredients. I love it so much that I plan to order a second.

I have made many different varieties of egg bites as well as poached eggs in my little molds. All have been big hits for my family. I am thinking of getting another mold to double the fun.

Definately quality materials. I used it two or three times when on my Keto diet, but that was then. Did great at making a batch of the egg things that last up to a week or so. May use it again some day.
