I have to say I ordered this and the first one they sent me and it didn't work. But they contacted me after I wrote a not so favorable review. Fast forward 3 days and they sent me a new set and WOW it's beyond what I expected. It fits completely around my television and it's brighter than another one I have on another one of my television's. This company rocks. If something doesn't work they make it right. I highly recommend buying for this company. I am extremely happy with this product.

This product looks great however the remote stopped working after 5 minutes of use. As soon as I adjusted the brightness for the first time it stopped working. Good thing I had it on a color I liked, because I can't change it now.

I bought this as an ambient light for the back of my computer monitor. I chose this product instead of other led strips due to the corner portions to line up with a better fit for my monitor. It worked great and was easy to install. The lights and modes were easy to use and looked awesome. Now, 6 months later, I noticed the remote no longer controls the lights. I thought it was a battery issue and replaced them, but still the lights do not change at all. I have to manually unplug and plug the lights from the back of my monitor to try to get them to work, but it barely works and ultimately stops working altogether after a few minutes. Very disappointed.

Was very hopeful when ordering these but I plugged them in and they worked for about a minute. After that they got stuck on an off white color and sometimes switch to green randomly. Now I cannot get them to change to any other color or turn off/on besides unplugging them. They are getting enough power and I’ve tried multiple different power sources to confirm that that was not the issue. Quite disappointed, especially since I had to order them twice because somehow the first shipment got lost.

Everything looked great as I went through all the features. The colors and configurations worked exactly as they they were supposed to. After a few minutes the remote stopped working and that was that. I did the following to troubleshoot the problem- Changed the Battery-Relocated the infra-red receiver-Pointed directly in front of the receiver two inches away- Made sure the USB was connected to the 5V 1A USB port on the TV-Connected the lights directly to an outlet USB charger-Reset the battery over and overNothing worked, the remote is dead. The second kit that I got for my girlfriend is still working fine but mine is a bust. If this were two dollars more expensive I would've been throwing chairs across the room. From the the reviews it looks like this is quite common though so here I am stuck with purple. I don't like purple. Buy this if you like to gamble, you never know what you're going to get.

This yet another excellent product from Nexlux. Works perfect and make my setup look even better. I currently own a Nexlux waterproof rgb light strip and just in case anyone wants to know the remote that came with this light strip doesn't interfere with each other. The remote looks the same but feel different and even work different. Totally worth it and just a heads up I have it on 32" monitor and still managed to make it look good.

The lights I got are +GBR and not +RGB. Also, the corner wires are way too long so I tried to find L connectors that are +GBR but no luck.Ended up cutting the corners off and just used regular connectors. Looks a little tacky but it's better then a huge gap or wires sticking out like a sore thumb. They should just sale 1 strip with 4 L connectors (that match the strip!).

Everything was fine 1st 3 days then all of a sudden the remote stops working and leds stuck on green. So it gets 1 star tried 0 stars but would not post unless 1 star is selected! I would proudly update this review once the store operator returns my message saying they’ll send me a remote that actually works longer than 3 days
