Solved the molding problem; which is great if you live in a humid climate. It’s very easy to clean and use; works wonderfully. Love it! Use it several times a week. Though personally I prefer to use the less densely textured side because it works just as well, as far as I can tell, and is easier to clean.

I’ve never made sushi. This was awesome. It rolled the rolls nicely. It was clean and easy. The kids approved of our entry level kid friendly sushi!

I like this a bit better than the bamboo one because its wasy to clean, I assume there will be no worry about mold lol and I can roll my sushi better lol. For me, its a win!

Doesn't work. But the more expensive plastic ones or the cheaper bamboo ones just don't get this.
