These do an excellent job of removing makeup. I would advise that, even with makeup removed, one still wash one's face--it's makeup-free but not really clean. I wear a lot of makeup and when I use this my face is always completely free of makeup. I did notice another reviewer commenting that her face broke out after using this for a bit, and I think the key is not to think that your face will be clean after using this.18.05.30 Adding to my review! I am still happy with this product but find I have to be so very gentle with it on my skin. I washed my face the other night and wasn't very careful. I took off a top layer of skin on my eyelids and a few eyelashes! I find that I cannot scrub with this at all, but if I ever so gently pat at the makeup, I still get the makeup off. I think the same thing that helps the eraser to cling to the makeup will cause the fibers to tear the skin.

I was expecting so much more from this. I was looking for something more green to replace my disposable make up wipes. I like to have something quick to remove my makeup before bed. I have fairly sensitive skin, so I'm hesitant to try random things. After reading the reviews, I took the chance with this. Not for me. I followed all of the instructions, washing, use, rinse, etc. After each use of the NON exfoliating side, it made my face feel raw and dry. It also smelled kind of odd (even fresh from the laundry) and didn't rinse well. It's clearly loved by many, just not me.

Ladies and gentlemen I suck at removing my makeup, I will risk the worst acne of my life to not have to wash my face off at the end of the night. So this morning when I woke up with last nights makeup still on I was dreading the rubbing of the eyes to get off the smudge proof eye liner and 16 hour lipstick. I was skeptical about how well this cloth was going to work as I got it wet. Then I rubbed it gently over my eye lid and there went most of the eye liner. WHAT?! How could this be, what witch craft is this? It had to be a fluke, how does it even work? So the next test was the lipstick, that requires a special gel to help you get it off. I took the cloth and rubbed my lips, it was coming off, slowly but surely it was coming off. Then I thought, well maybe if I use the gel first, so I put on the gel and wet the cloth and swiped it over my lips. The lipstick was gone! This lipstick never comes off easy even with the gel! Yet this cloth was able to take it off!So there you have it, buy this! buy this! BUY THIS!

It's just a wash cloth - a really soft wash cloth, but a wash cloth just the same. A $20, soft wash cloth. And you still have to clean your face after. Nopeity nope nope.

I love this eraser. I am terrible about being consistent with washing the makeup off of my face every night, standing at the sink splashing water all over the place. This thing is so convenient and I can use it while I sit on my couch. It, of course, takes some work work to actually get makeup off but so do makeup wipes. This, unlike makeup wipes, do not burn my skin or eyes. It's super soft and makes my skin feel great. I love how eco friendly it is too!

This product is awesome! I don't have to scrub that hard and it removes ALL my eye makeup. I wear waterproof black eyeliner and waterproof black mascara. I also love that it is reusable. Sometimes you can see faint marks after a wash from where I took my makeup off, but I have found that if I wash the spots lightly with soap right after I take my makeup off, then it comes off easier when I put it in the washing machine. Definitely a great purchase! I just purchased two more to give to my friends!

My skin had a horrible reaction to using this to try to remove waterproof mascara. Next day, my eyes are still irritated.

I saw the eraser advertised and wasn’t sure I believed it’s claims but I was pleasantly surprised! It works great, saves me from having to constantly buy makeup remover or put chemicals on my face. It’s easy to clean, saves me money, and is easy on my skin. I highly recommend.

Love this as have sensitive skin, work brilliantly with just water get rid of all make . I would not be without it , recommend to everyone.

Not at all what I thought it would be ! My mascara stayed on and did not work at all, very disappointing purchase. Trying to return it but it’s too complicated to have to go to Canada post to send back! They should provide refund as it doesn’t work and has been used anyways! Ridiculous! $30 down the drain!

I bought another one for traveling but could only get in pink, I wish they would have had it in black
