I find this cake mix extremely easy to bake with perfect results each time. I've tried baking it in pyrex (the rectangular pictures) and using a push up bottom cake tin. I line the pyrex and baking tin with greased baking paper or wax paper - the round cake I used waxed paper.I melt the butter in the microwave in the mixing bowl. I rinse my eggs under the hot tap to bring them up to room temperature because I keep them in the fridge. I crack the eggs into another bowl and then whisk them using a hand rotary whisk and then tip them into the melted butter in the mixing bowl and whisk again.Then I gently tip the mix from the bag into the eggs and butter and fold it in gently with a silicone spatula until there is no powder visible.Then I gently help the mixture into the lined baking container and using the silicone spatula get every last bit of the mix out of the mixing bowl and into the cake tin/pyrex dish.I have a HySapientia oven style air fryer and I get easiest and best results on the Bake setting for 40 minutes. I have also cooked this in a 'normal' fan oven at 160 C and it works okay too.This is so nice it doesn't need frosting - but it is extra fancy with a coffee buttercream topping made with erythritol or monkfruit and instant coffee and butter and a walnut on top.

Really nice, quick easy cupcakes. I made keto coffee cream cheese frosting, decorated with a walnut and a little extra keto caramel sauce and yum yum yum

The icing was especially lovely. The cake a little dry but tasted nice.

I got this mix to make a keto cake for my hubby’s birthday and expected it to be dry and tasteless but it was honestly the best cake I’ve ever made. Easy to follow instructions and only needs two other ingredients. I topped it with a cream cheese frosting made with canderel icing sugar and it was a real hit.

Lovely with some fruit and or chocolate

Arrived very quick, well packed, used straight away and was not disappointed, have ordered another and would recommend to others as long as they don't have a nut allergy.

Family members loved it (I didn't) and said it will go well with coffee. Good texture. Recommended.
