Panama Jack Mens Canvas UPF 50+ Safari Hat Black L

Fits a bit large, but not by much. It has a stiff, sturdy build; something I like in a hat. The brim is a bit wider than I expected, but it works well overall. The black color is a true black, not some greyed out version of black. I will probably buy it in a lighter color for summer as well.

This is my second Panama Jack Hat. It is made well and feels substantial, but light. It seems a bit larger than the last one I bought some years back (lost it at the lake). Though it is a bit big on my bald head it stays on well in the boat. The color is really more of a really dark brown more so than a black. I get quite a few compliments on this hat too.

my wife doesn't like it but I bought it for the golf course when it rains. I picked up a can of waterproofing from the local Dunhams sporting goods store, put a couple of coats on it and use it for when it rains. I beats the huge umbrella and that and a rain suite is all I need. Rain what rain?

No problem whatsoever. As a matter of fact after the purchase I recommended the hat to others and three more were purchased!

I expected it to be a little stiff Panama Jack usually is, but little big. a medium would be too small so I just added some sizing foam strip

Very comfortable and good looking. Sturdy canvas supports the shape of this neat safari style.

This is a nice looking hat but the canvas is very stiff. The crown of the hat is shallow; it sit high on my head. I found the hat to run small.
