First impression was great. The cookware comes in a nice sturdy box. The welcome card is very nice. The cookware instructions are well written and helpful. I use the pot almost every day to steam fish/chicken/vegetables, cook pasta and make soups. Love the quality, size, weight, ease of cleaning and functionality of the cookware. Excellent product at an amazing price!

Edit: It has been a pleasure working with this seller so I wanted to update my review. The issue with the handles has been addressed and I really do love the pans and use them everyday. I wanted pans that were NOT non-stick and these cook evenly and I have very little issues with sticking and they clean well.Hi, not sure how to address this other than through the review process. I purchased 2 pots and love them but .... the handles have started to get rust marks on them in the texture pattern of the metal. Also the handle on the lid has a rusting nut/bolt. I usually hand wash them but my husband may have put them in the washer once. I expected them to handle regular use for longer than 4 months.

Just what I wanted. A good quality sauce pan with a steaming basket 1.5 qtOne problem. Steam escapes through the lip of the sauce pan. I would prefer it to be well sealed so that the food steams faster.

I was so impressed when I received these pans! I purchased both the 1.5 quart and the 3.5. After I burned my 35 year old international chef, triclad lifetime guarantee favorite little pan. Can’t find the company anymore Oh well! I have used the 3.5 court sauce pan with the included steamer, Which, by the way, sits above the top of the pan but seals nicely, so it does not touch the liquid below, to make spicy Thai soup. I Then placed cod and shrimp In the steamer basket above it. I covered it with an I covered it with the lid and let it go about three minutes on medium heat then turn the heat off, flipped the fish everything was cooked to perfection, the Even heating was wonderful. The steaming was beautiful. The measurements on the side are fabulous. I am so impressed with the quality and the price of these. I highly recommend these pans.

I purchased the 1.5 quart pan as I am only cooking for myself. This is a quality pan. It is nice and thick. The lid has a vent to release some of the built-up steam and drain grates on each side. The lid is tempered glass so you can keep an eye the things you are steaming inside. The steamer basket sets more on top than inside, and the basket material is a little thinner than the pan itself. Delightfully, it came with two silicon grabbers so you can grab the steam basket handles. I was, specifically, looking for a steamer that had a handle. I bought this to replace those cheap folding baskets that set inside any random pan and become unpredictable when pulling them out of the pan. I use it on a gas stove, but it works on several types of range tops. It washes up beautifully, too. Do not hesitate to purchase. I would recommend it to my friends.

We switched to an induction range and our daily driver soup pot no longer worked. We found this saucepan and took a chance since it was supposed to work on induction. It arrived very well-packaged with a drawstring bag and 2 silicone handle holders included. It works very well with induction, seems to heat fast and evenly. We also like the brushed finished plus it's the perfect size for 4 servings of soup and then some. Our old one was a 1 quart saucepan and it was always boiling over. The measurement markings on the inside is also very useful since my wife always measures out the liquid when making miso soup. It feels like it will hold up well over time. It's very well made for the price and we're glad to replace the old one, which was missing part of a handle rivet but didn't feel like it was reason enough to replace it.
