I have a deviated septum and it isn’t always convenient for me to take time to put a layer of Vicks in my nostrils before physical activity. These will help a ton. Haven’t used them since I was a child, but looking forward to keeping one in my bowling bag, in my “man bag”, and one on my night stand to help me breathe more comfortably when needed.

Memories of when I was a kid:When I was a kid, my mom would give this to me to inhale so my nose would "unstuff." It worked great then and it works great now. Didn't know this was still around until I found it on Amazon and so happy I did. Great great product!!

These are excellent at opening the sinuses. You can use them as often as needed. Strong scent but very effective, I breathe them in deeply, and it doesn’t bother me. If it seems too strong, you don’t have to breathe them in as deeply. Camphor, menthol, methyl salicylate, abies sibirica oil.

Nice little sniff before bed. Opens up the nasal cavity and seems like it helping with snoring. I'd say it worth a go if you're curious about it.

Good for cold

Works just like the Vick's Inhaler in clearing sinuses immediately, but at a way cheaper price. I give them as small gifts to relatives and friends that occasionally get that annoying stuffy nose.

Works great for clearing a stuffy nose! Nice that it’s compact also, easy to take on a plane or anywhere while traveling. And the good price on the multipack makes it easy to share with friends.

i would say 3 1/2 but these are great though only works for a bit
