It’s not the best quality but it did the job. Looked great with pink/blue ballon garland. Chips loved it. The banner is thin and sort of see through the colors aren’t as vibrant as in the picture. It is more low quality.It comes with an adhesive double sided tape, I advice not to use it as it is very hard to take off surfaces. I decided to make holes instead in the corners.
