These shoe inserts are fantastic! They fit well in my everyday sneakers and provide a comfortable boost in height. I use one set of set of these to correct a 0.62” leg length discrepancy after a hip replacement. Well-made and stay in place. I bought 2 more pairs for other shoes and fishing waders. For me, correcting the length discrepancy eliminates my lower back pain that otherwise starts if I stand for more than 10 mins and makes walking much more natural. I wish that I could buy only right-side inserts, because now I have 3 left-sides just sitting here. Perhaps I’ll see if my PT or orthopedic surgeon’s office want them. These are the best ones I’ve tried - I’m not a fan of other brands with a rigid arch support - those don’t work well for me, but these are great.

It was easy to assemble and I only used one of two gel layers to each shoe to increase height. It's comfortable and I will continue to use them in each shoe change.

I used these as I recovered from Achilles tendon surgery. With the orthopedic walking boot on the bad foot, I needed to level my good leg. Worked perfectly. I added the full height of the pads under the factory insole in my hiking boot. Didn’t budge and was more comfortable than I had expected. I imagine if you’re using these at their full height, you’ll need to wear something like a boot because they will obviously take up a lot of the volume of the existing shoe. Wore for 2 months without issue.

I purchased a large and the toe part of this insert ended right at the ball of my foot, before my toes even start so it felt uncomfortable. I need a longer size unless they accidentally sent me a small even though I purchased a large?? My foot from ankle to the tip of my toe is 9.3 inches long and the length of this insert was 7.5 inches long. It does do what it’s supposed to though- which is give you height. I really needed these because I have a flat foot and still wanted to wear high top Nikes. I’ll have to work to find a longer size, however.

I love these inserts. They are great for balancing my height. I have an uneven gait; so I use one insert to balance my gait. The insert fits well around my heel and is comfortable in my shoe. It was very important for the insert to be firm enough to support but tapered enough to feet comfortably inside my shoe. Great quality.
