Absolutely unbelievable GREAT Customer Support
So after we spent all the money to get Professional installation and we've troubleshooted the system for 3 days checking all the cables. This is the only picture we have.The tech we hired says it is not a problem with the cameras, it is the system itself. Don't waste your moneyUpdate: Man was I ever wrong about this company. They Saw my bad review and contacted me.They walked me through checking the system and we found the problem. This system is awesome and I highly recommend it

Great customer service
Installation was extremely easy to setup, video is good. I like that you can control the cameras via guard live app. I did have issues connecting the dvr and customer support replied with in a few hours and helped me resolve the issue well worth the price!!!

one faulty camera
one of the cameras that swivel is not working properly. it will move in one direction but not move back. no matter what direction you try to take it. it moves to the right. the only way to move it back is by hand. and yesterday i noticed it wasn't updating with the other cameras. other than that they seem to be good cameras

Beware !!!
Buyer beware!! Note that not all cameras have motion detectors to alert and record people/cars in video frame. Only 4 of the 8 cameras are able to do that. The rest you have to search manually to see if anyone was in surveillance video. But the main problem is that the CAMERAS are able to rotate and position BUT it will get stuck or not function and you have to manually unplug camera to have it reset. Don’t Be Fooled, cameras are not able to zoom in/out. It has a “digital” zoom meaning you have to use magnifine glass feature to zoom on the recorded video and it will be blurry when zoomed in.

Best service ever.
The use and ease to setup the camera system was great. However, the small issue I had customer service was exceptional, with providing me with help to get my system up and running. If one person did not respond someone else on their team stepped in and handled the issues. I have not had service like this in a long time. HISEEU is awesome, I would tell all my friends and family to purchase their products.

Easy setup, great wired security system
Great camera system. Love that I can move the cameras using app or on the monitor in the house. Easy to install and set up. I will recommend to family and friends.
