Used these tags to track 2 suitcases on roundtrip flights to Seattle from PA and on/off a cruise ship. It's a great value to know where your luggage is. I could track it quicker than any airline app. When we were bumped from United to Alaska Air, I could see that our luggage followed. Waiting for 9 hours, I had extra time. I checked 4 hours later, they were in Chicago on the United flight we missed! What? I was able to call United to confirm they would get to our final destination. I'm not sure why our luggage made it before us, but I would have never known without those tags to call United and get the luggage on another flight. It was reassuring to know our luggage made it to and from the cruise ship without having to lug them around just to be sure. What a great piece of technology!

Saved me more than once. Suitcase with 9 pairs of Gucci shoes....one pair of reptile.....so total roughly $10k: uld have been gone....and not covered. These cost a few dollars. They may locate stuff. They may be used to track fa ily members with cognitive issues and save lives. Or the location of a family member in a disabling accident. Or a small child out playing in the neighborhood or woods behind the house. These are practically free. We ALL have use for quite a few of them.

I haven't had a chance to utilize this yet. But, so far, so good. Relatively easy to set up. The way it works makes logical sense to me. More options for uses than I will ever need. And, I hope to never need it. But, nice to have, will add peace of mind when I travel. I don't know about any warning if the battery gets low, but if that occurs, that should be my only concern.

Placed one in each car after an elderly relative with dementia drove off in a car and didn't return home for hours. I'm not clear how the SmartTags operate, but while the SmartTag seems to give a general location, it wasn't always "spot on" while tracking on the Samsung app. The relative lives in an area that doesn't have alot of foot or vehicle traffic, so I'm not sure if that impacts the accuracy. However, since it gives a general location at least, it will help significantly if he manages to take off again.

These Trackers are most definitely worth purchasing and are also super easy to use. We love the Samsung Tracker-2. They work even better than the original Samsung Tracker. I will most definitely be buying some more of these to use. This work well beyond my expections. We really like them a lot. You can even be used for finding a lost family pet or even a child. They also have a great battery life. The battery can last up to 1.5 years. And you can always locate these through WiFi or UWB or Bluetooth. No subscription fee ever.I only wish I had purchased a few of these awhile ago. I imagine the next version will be out soon since this version has been out for over 2 years now.I can't wait to see what the 3rd Version of this Tracker will be like. I'm sure it will be absolutely Amazing!! Don't even think about it, Get you some ASAP.

Samsung broke the AR function and never fixed it. The only thing that makes this an upgrade over the original Smart tag is the use of UWB (Ultra wide band) which allows it to function like apple tag. It shows you not only the distance but the direction of the tag.When it first came out. Smart tag 2 not only showed the direction but also allowed you to use the camera as well making even easier to find the lost tag.But when I set it up, I found out that the camera AR & direction features do not work. It only says "Cold", "Warm" or "Getting warmer". They say it still works on S21 devices. Are you saying my 1200$ S25 Ultra doesn't work fully with a freamking smart tag device? A SAMSUNG TAG?It's unexceptable. And all the official forms are from 2023 and 2024 yet the issue still persist.Why can't you fix it Samsung?Device on paper is amazing and far hetter than the competition but until the fix the AR issue. Stay away.

These seem very druable and strong. With the addition of a bright cover it makes this tag hard to miss. The beep is loud enough to hear in a vehicle, outside, or in the house. The GPS tracking has been pretty accurate. Connecting and setup was very ease to do.
