We have received a defective product in which the keyboard has 37 keys but only 20 keys working and rest keys are not working. If I try to place a return on this item there is no return also and they are telling such item is not returnable. While buying there is a 7 days replacement policy but now it is showing there is no return policy worst experience. Amazon why allow such products for sale which are defective even though giving a money we won't get good product kindly allow me to return this product. Along with product they will give one card to rate US 5 ratings and will give you rs 100 cashback this is the worst product and their asking for 5 ratings. don't buy this product go for good one which have alky's working and good one.

The product is good. It arrived before time, so we are happy about that. All the keys work well, and the sound quality and volume are nice. You don't need batteries to operate it, and can just charge it using the charging cable provided. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.
