PRI Multi Flora Honey 4.4lbs.

I am about to purchase my second bucket! (not a jar) false advertising again! haThe consistency of this ambrosia is smooth and toffee colored. not a wet honey.Strong flavored not mild --but this flavor is addicting.I pride myself in having tried many many types of honey.this is by far my favortite honey and at a bargain price.If I spend less than 7$ a pound for typical store raw honey I feel I have done well.But this is worth far more!!!By the way, when I purchased this there was no mention of manuka.I agree that's a marketing ploy. but so many of the florals that new zealand isfamous for have ' nutritional medicinal' qualities of their own. Many are in process ofresearch at this time.buy your real manukka for the medicine cab but enjoy this liberally.I guarantee you will.

I thought it would be bigger, and I am not a huge fan of the flavor. If you are used to regular, store bought honey, you may agree with me.

I purchased this item believing it was "Manuka Honey" , after receiving this product through Amazon, not one word of Manuka is mentioned on the product label, or ingredients. Now after some thorough research, I have learned that Manuka Honey is a Mono-Floral Honey (the antithesis of Multi-Floral Honey) meaning that the bees get their nectar from one plant in this case the Manuka Plant. So Manuka Multi-Floral Honey is an oxy-moron & completely misrepresented to a lay person, I had to do research before I realized I got jipped. There is no mention of Manuka anywhere on the label. Caviot emptor!

Manuaka does not appear in the ingredients or anywhere on the label; in my opinion, Amazon should intervene and correct this false claim. Otherwise, this honey is everything I could ask for - raw, dark, and packaged in a container that does not allow light to enter. I have reordered.

Ive been getting the 2 package 2lb of this product but find I run out before the month is out...so I ordered this as an alternativeI kust say I will probably go with this one here forward as the 4 lbs seems to work out better for my household....On another note I should mention since I used this product for more than a year I did not have spring alergies to contend with...I think what they say about raw honey is true...

I've been enjoying this product on Subscribe & Save for years now. The honey has a wonderful caramel texture and a rich, slightly floral scent. I love it with strong, black teas and sharp cheeses. Due to the multi-flora pollen sources, the color varies from shipment to shipment. It's always been aromatic and delicious. Due to the generous size of the package, this product works well as a compliment to baking & bread starting as well. It's a great value.

This amber-colored creamy honey has nice flavor and aroma. I can definitely taste floral notes and especially I enjoy notes of tearose, which came as a nice surprise. People who only eat mild tasting clover honey must be prepared for a much bolder taste of this variety.
