I dislike this phone because it did not work.Mayby because the price was so low that the quality was bad.I had to throw it away cause it did not work at all....

No dislikes, product is exactly what I expected and works well.

A good basic phone.  Good sound quality.  But several negatives... 1)  There are no letters on the numbers so that if you've remembered a number by e.g. "1-800-Comcast" you can't see where the letters are supposed to be in order to dial "Comcast".  😳2)  The flat end portion of the coiled wire that connects the handset to the base is too short bringing the coil under the base preventing the base to lie flat.  I duct taped it. 😒3)  It says there's a night light?  Nothing is lighted.  That would have been helpful.4)  As is with many of similar phones the handset connecting wire is too short.  It's light in weight and with the short handset cord you may pick the whole phone up when answering, or even just turning around. I replaced it with a longer cord.  😐5)  ***The default dialer is pulse.  But there is a tiny recessed switch to go to Tone almost hidden on the bottom of the base.  Very happy when I found it😊.  Without tone it would have ended in the trash.6)  The Mute button must be held down for as long as you want to be mute.  It's not press once then press to release.Glad to have it as a backup/safety landline phone and despite its flaws I'd buy it again.

Never was able to use the phone as the switch to answer the phone was permanently stuck in the down position. Junk! Junk! Junk! Wish we had read the reviews prior to purchasing!

Bought this to put on a busy board for my daughter but the phone doesn't stay on when installed vertically. Very cheaply made but was okay for my purposes, wouldn't buy for any other purpose.
