Took one dose yesterday, and today I noticed my pain went from a 10 to a 9, which is a huge deal. I noticed it without realizing I didn't cry yet, and could stand at the counter the whole time to make a salad. Saw a new deep tissue massage therapist two days ago & thought that may have been the reason, but then remembered this supplement I took and read up on it. I only started it because a friend said athletes use it for pain, so what did I have to lose. I've been on opiates for ten years now and they work like gummy bears. I had a car accident over a year ago and have continual swelling and pain in my neck. My Chirorpractor recommended this for the swelling (therefore helping my pain), and increasing the dose if needed (for example after a major adjustment). Wow! Who would have known that this would work so well? I rarely have to take ibuprofin now. As an added bonus, it helps my asthma too! Hmm, I tried this stuff out. I have alot of older injuries and was suggested that it could come in handy. I don't know if it was a mental thing or not but I think it helps a little. Might help more if I was more steady in taking it. I noticed that after not using it for a few days, some older pains start to hurt a little again. I probably didn't take it long enough since I do subject myself to lots of physical stress.

I choose this product to try to help an arthritic knee. It's been swollen and painful for several years. Seriously limiting my activity. The morning after the first dose the swelling was much improved, the ache decreased. Have been taking for 6 months. Have noticed no side effects at all. Doesn't bother my stomach or raise my bp.
