Always wanted to make my own sushi rolls at home so purchased this product to help me do just that.This bundle came with the sushi bazooka, rolling mat, chopsticks and a 3-in-1 avocado slicer.The sushi bazooka itself is made of plastic. Seems cheaply made as it comes off at the hinges, but still does the job. I don't expect any of the other brands to be much different.The sushi bazooka makes it easier to roll sushi, just coat the barrel with a little bit of sesame oil so the rice won't stick to it when pushed out, place a layer of rice on both halves, add crab, fish, avocado, cucumber or whatever you want on either half, close it, cap it, twist it to compress the rice, then lay out your seaweed (not included) lengthwise and push out your sushi roll. Just that simple. Be sure not to put too much rice or else you'll have a hard time closing it as I did.After you push it out onto the seaweed, which should be on top of the rolling mat, lineup your roll and the seaweed then using the rolling mat, roll it over and tuck the mat once you've come to the other side of the roll, but before then add a little water on the other end of the seaweed to make sure it sticks to the rice. Cut your roll in the middle first so you'll have equal pieces.There you go! Really easy, but it might take a little longer than traditional sushi rolling because you have to put it in the bazooka rather than directly onto the seaweed. Still a fun tool to use.Overall, really happy with my purchase and with this particular bundle too. Now I don't have to go out to have sushi.

I bought this for my son for his Birthday because he loves sushi and I thought it would be a fun and interactive for him. This also came with a bamboo sushi mat, a pair of chopsticks and an avacado slicer which was a bonus. I did check out a few video tutorials on this first just to get an idea instead of just looking at the paper directions. The only thing I was not a fan of was the amount of rice you use as the roll is quite large. It was still fun making these. The bonus bamboo mat was great because I decided to make smaller roll by hand just to see if I could do it and was pleasantly surprised how easy making them by hand it was. Now when we are making these we can make the large and small rolls.

My sushi rolls came out very nice. Although using this sushi roller was easier (at least for ME) than trying to roll up the rice in the seaweed, I wish the hinges were permanently attached as they kept coming unhinged, making it difficult to close the filled roller. Other than that, I like it and I’m sure I’ll use it a lot!

This product is well thought out, priced right , works well, and they even give lots of extras. This company deserves 5 stars.

It feels cheaper than it is. Not much here, simple assembly, user friendly, but I don't think it will last much longer. Kids love it tho, and the sushi rolls, I mean, stuffed rice tubes are pretty neat. I wasn't expecting a master chef sushi kit, but I can't get over how cheap this thing looks. It did what I needed it to do. Giving 3 stars because the avocado slicer doesn't work as it should, instead of slicing the avocado, it just smashes it and squishes it no mater how many times or how ripe/green the avocado is. The bamboo chop sticks and the rolling mat are neat.

Totally does exactly what it's supposed to do, was skeptical but it actually turns out decent. Stuff everything in the tube, push it out onto the nori and roll up! Super simple. Depending on what you're making you may need a couple so you don't have to clean it between rolls, we made all Cali rolls but once I found out how simple it is I want to try all kinds!

I love this Sushi Bazooka. It was super easy to make sushi at home. The ease of creating home made sushi has made my office people love me even more when I arrived with a large plate of sushi. I have now had two of my office mates order the Sushi Bazooka. It is awesome!

This is not easy to use. It will not hold together when trying to shut and lock ends together. Tried rubber bands to get the hinges to stay together but they are not wide enough to keep them closed. I would not recommend this to anyone wanting to learn to make sushi.

Fantastic product. The avocado slicer is neat, the chop sticks are good quality, but the sushi bazooka is fantastic for people like me who have a really hard time rolling sushi. It makes it so easy.

I always had a hard time making sushi until now. This makes the whole process, quick and easy. A+

we've got lots of fun while making sushi with this bazooka. Very convenient. only difficult to connect every time parts, I wish it was always connected together.
