Have been taking these for a couple of weeks now and believe I am starting to feel the benefits already.I am not craving sugar,chocolate or sweet things at all which in itself is an achievement as previously I would have a bar of chocolate a day which is helping my weight loss journey.And added benefit is that it has eased my sciatica pain which is a huge relief. These tablets were well packaged and ,hygenically sealed.Very easy to swallow with no horrible aftertaste.I am going to continue to use them and I am very interested in any other potential benefits of cinnamon plus.
