Works excellent. But needs some quality tweaks
Excellent steamer - it heats up instantly, delivery strong steam and the creases on suits disappear like magic. But there are some quality issues:1. The hanger and trouser hooks are made of flimsy plastic and do not hold up garments well. I use a wooden hanger on a wall hook when I steam clothes.2. The water container leaks a little bit at the base. Very annoying.

Once you use it your wonder how you ever lived without it!
I’ve never liked ironing and now I can’t wait to get out my steamer, it’s quick all my clothes are ready to put away in no time at all. No more spending hrs ironing. I have a large family and this steamer has saved me so much time, the clothes steam out all the creases and my clothes are looking great and ready to wear. A definite must buy! Thank you 😍

NEAT LITTLE STEAMER
Having owned a professional steamer when I was in the fashion business, I just loved the way it made knitted garments/soft fabrics/jersey type materials, etc look so perfect and was devastated when I kindly loaned it to someone to steam a wedding dress that they somehow broke it and never admitted responsibility, so after many years without one I happened to see this mentioned somewhere and decided to buy it and I have to say it's pretty good for a home steamer. It does not send out such a strong force of steam as a professional model, but it certainly makes a good enough job of sweaters, tops, tee shirts and so on that just do not look the same when pressed with a steam iron.I am very happy with it.

£100 Down the Drain
I purchased one of these in December of 2012 and it worked great, very handy as I am not a fan of having to get an ironing board out. I haven't used it a great deal since then and also have been very careful to keep the water reserve full, however now, 1.5 years later, it trip the circuit breaker every time it is turned on. I spoke to Fridja about this and it is a problem with the steamer itself. They admit that this is a problem they haven't encountered before and don't know what to say - i.e. it is six months out of warranty and there is nothing they can do. Nor did they offer any suggestion about repair or having a look at it. One would think that if it's an individual case then it would be worth at least getting to the bottom of the problem. Obviously a fault with the product. £100, down the drain.
