TPMS Sensor Tire Pressure Monitoring System OEM 42607-33021 PMV-107J Compatible with Toyota Scion Lexus Set of 4

You must take your car to someplace to register the sensors in your car computer, these sensors are not preprogrammed, at least not for my car, after installing the sensors didn't work, I have the Bentley repair manual for prius 2nd generation after reading the manual and the manual said to register the sensors in the car computer I took the car to a tire shop and after they registered the sensors,the sensors are working perfectly fine the only complaint I have is the instructions should be better and explain to register the sensors in the car computer, after all everything is fine with the sensors. I added a picture about what the manual says and another one in the car these were installed.

These sensors were initially compatible with my 2013 Toyota Prius. I had them installed by America's Tire for $60 labor. They were programmed successfully and worked fine for about 3 weeks.Then the problems started...One of the sensors decided to "unpair" itself from the vehicle after a few weeks, resulting in the dreaded TPMS malfunction light on the dash. I took the car to America's Tire and they used their TMPS scan tool to reprogram the TPMS via the car's OBD-II port. Unfortunately this is the only way to do a TPMS relearn on my vehicle. America's Tire was nice enough to do this for free, since I had paid for TPMS installation recently.The sensors then worked fine for about 3 days before malfunctioning again. I took the car back to America's Tire and they did another TPMS relearn for free. This one lasted about 24 hours before the TPMS light came back on again.So basically, these cheap sensors have to be constantly re-paired to the vehicle. I should have just spent the extra money for OEM. Lesson learned.

Replaced all four on both of my Camry’s and they have worked great so far and programmed with my scantool with ease

This is for my 2010 Toyota RAV4. I took them to Walmart and I had them installed When I got new tires from Walmart. After the process was complete the tech there said he was surprised. He said usually people bring the wrong ones and they don’t work right —-they won’t program. He said these were perfect.

I only needed two of these sensors so I'll save the other two for a rainy day. They work great! I have a third generation 2012 Toyota Prius. I had a local tire shop install these sensors and they were able to program them to my car. Not sure how long they'll last but I doubt they'll last 12 years like my original ones from the factory. These were very inexpensive so I can't complain too much.
