"I am delighted with my Fire Bolt Quantum watch! The sleek design combined with its impressive features make it a must-have accessory for any watch enthusiast. I have received so many compliments on its stylish look, and I love how comfortable it feels on my wrist.

First of all , The product was really good..The watch design is extremely good .The heart rate tracking , sleep monitoring is good ,I am receiving almost nearest values....The sports mode and music features are working fine .We can store songs in this watch upto 100mb....The bluetooth calling is working fine ..Call voice is bit low but we should not think more in that.. actually they told along with this order I will receive free strap , but it was not there.I contacted Amazon customer support as well but every agent has disconnected the chat in middle by mentioning we can't do anything .It is the worst support I ever received ..I don't have much complaints on watch....Only issue is voice while calling...Battery life is okay we can easily get 2 days ....

The product looked very good. Its design is very beautiful and a lot of attention has been paid to details while making it. It looks very beautiful both from a distance and up close and its functions are also good.

I was looking for a smartwatch which looks like this and firebolt has it with a reasonable price. The features is the same you will get in any smart watch but the build quality and the display is really amazing. With this you get a free black strap which can also give a casual look.Charging works for 1-2 days, Sound Quality is okay, Touch is really good, Notification also have almost all the apps and the performance is good.

One of the finest designs at this price point. Only the negative thing was with the accessories. It would have been nice if the watch included the free strap it promised.

Display is bright, battery is long lasting, amoled display would be better.Really liked the quality of the product and for a smart watch to look so good in a formal watch format makes it even more unique. Furthermore I loved the equipment(2nd picture) that Firebolt provided to adjust the watch according to your wrist, it was very helpful. The only thing missing was a screen guard for the watch as it's not an expensive thing to provide and can be included with the watch itself. In a whole a great product👍🏻

The watch looks good but not all the functions worked for me. I bought another smart watch on Amazon about 5 years ago and it was great but recently stopped working. I bought this mainly for the function that keeps track of your heart rate and BP. Those functions didn't work at all and I am experienced with the app and requirements for proper fit to monitor HR & BP. Tried calling the company's customer service and emailed but no response. Help videos are all in India's language. Extra strap not included. Band adjustment tool cheap and broke. Paid jeweler $10 to adjust. NOT HAPPY! Returning watch.
